Toshimichi HASEGAWA is an ECA banker at Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), Japanese policy-based public financial institution.His professional experience over 15 years in JBIC mainly covers project finance and structured finance transactions in the field of Oil and Gas sector, including financial close of a transaction awarded of the Deals of the Year 2011 (EUROMONEY).Since his appointment as Senior Representative in Paris, in July 2019, he has been actively involved in the advocacy of the Energy Transition and promotion of the Hydrogen Societies both in Europe and Japan.He is a graduate of the École National d’Administration (ENA) and the University of Tokyo.
