Pierre-Emmanuel Houillier joined HSBC in 2000 and is currently running the Technology sector for EMEA in Investment Banking, which covers both companies directly involved in the Technology sector, as well as all the new digital business models across other sectors, including on-going disruption and technological developments. The practice was set up four years ago as more and more of HSBC’s clients were seeing accelerating innovation trends, and needed a coverage extending beyond their own sector, with more cross fertilisation of knowledge in digital trends. Smart Cities and Infrastructure has been a very specific area of focus for the team., Pierre-Emmanuel Houillier has over 20 years of experience in a variety of M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Financing transactions alongside corporates and financial investors.
