Emmanuel Goldstein is laureate of the “Concours Général”, holdsmasters degrees in public law and private law from Université PanthéonAssas, graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (1996). He obtained an MBA from INSEAD (2000) Emmanuel has been honoured with “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite” by the French State (2012)Before joining Morgan Stanley, Emmanuel Goldstein was Reporting Judge (1996–1997) then Government Commissioner (1997–2001) at the Administrative Tribunal of Paris (local government law, public procurement, torts, economic public law). At the same time, he acted as reporter for Insurance Control Committee of the Mattéoli Mission on the despoliation of French Jews during WWII (Prime Minister’s office). He has been an associate professor at the Ecole Nationale d’AdministrationIn parallel to his civil service and investment banking careers, Mr. Goldstein has been a lecturer at Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) for 20 years and member of its board for 12Emmanuel Goldstein joined Morgan Stanley in 2000. He is responsible for the Pan-European privatization initiative. He is Head of the Transportation and Infrastructure Group for EMEAEmmanuel Goldstein was appointed CEO of Morgan Stanley France and Chairman of Morgan Stanley France Holding 1 in March 2021
