Amaury de Feydeau is a partner in the Paris office's Project Development & Finance team of White & Case. He has over 20 years’ experience representing clients in all aspects of project finance, real estate finance, structured finance and restructuring. Ranked as a leading lawyer in his field by top legal directories, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, IFLR, he is described by his clients as “creative and a real solution-finder’’ (Chambers). Amaury’s reputation is enhanced by a record of transactions advising arrangers and sponsors on complex energy, infrastructure, telecom and real estate projects in France and abroad. He is regularly involved in drafting complex agreements for the financing of the public facilities of infrastructure, renewable energy, power plants, telecom grids projects.Amaury is a frequent visiting lecturer at the business school HEC where he lectures on Real Estate Finance.Amaury joined the Firm in February 2020 from an international law firm in Paris where he was Partner in the Banking & Finance group.
