Sophie Desormière joined NAVYA as Chief Executive Officer in January 2022.Sophie Desormière is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris, MBA at Harvard Business School.Sophie Desormière was the CEO AALPS Capital Investment, a global private equity firm Fund 170m financing the industrialization of high potential Hydrogen technologies.Immediately prior to joining AALPS Capital in 2018, Sophie Desormière has been Group General Manager, Executive Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales Excellence at Solvay SA €10bn since November 2010. She serves as a Worldwide Group executive Vice President with 2000 people in Marketing and Sales.• Innovation Board Member• Business Portfolio management implication on Growth strategy acquisitions• /divestment and strategic Group Digital transformationPreviously, Ms. Desormière began her 17 years tenure with Valeo.
