Valérie VESQUE-JEANCARD

Valérie Vesque-Jeancard joined VINCI Concessions in May 2018 as Managing Director of VINCI Airports for France & Latin America and was appointed, in addition, Chairwoman & CEO of VINCI Railways in June 2021. As such, she is responsible for rail and urban transport infrastructure projects development worldwide, as well as the supervision of VINCI Railways existing assets. A key reference of the company is the South-Europe Atlantic High-Speed Rail concession in France (300 km, 7 Bn€ CAPEX, 50-year concession). Since July 2024, Valérie is also President of AGIFI, an association gathering French private companies working in the rail sector (infrastructure providers, O&M companies and engineering firms). Valerie is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and Ecole d’Economie de Paris.
