Biography
Samuel Bordeleau is a partner in Linklaters’ Energy & Infrastructure group, with fourteen years’ experience advising clients on the development, financing, and acquisition of assets across the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice covers mobility (rail, electric vehicles), conventional and renewable energy, as well as energy transition assets such as carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), green hydrogen, and energy storage.
Samuel is recognised for his innovative approach to structuring complex financings and his strategic guidance in helping clients achieve their sustainability objectives. He regularly advises international investors, energy majors, and leading construction and concession companies on cross-border transactions and the delivery of landmark projects in France and abroad.
