Avocat à la Cour, Pascal heads the Energy and Infrastructure and Public Law practice in Paris. His practice mainly includes public law, infrastructure projects and investments in regulated sectors. Pascal advises in particular infrastructure funds on regulatory issues raised by their brownfield acquisitions.

In that respect, Pascal has already advised a large number of clients on significant infrastructure transactions. He has also developed a solid expertise in the acquisition of digital assets (fibers, telecommunication sites and data centers).
