Biography
Olga Melo Zanelli is a partner at international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, based in the firm's Paris office. She is a highly experienced international projects lawyer who advises public sector clients (including state authorities and state-owned companies), international sponsors and lenders, as well as subcontractors and operators, on all aspects of their projects and investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Olga has a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Middle East energy and infrastructure projects. She was one of the few lawyers involved in the very first attempts to implement PPP projects in emerging markets.
