Biography
Mokhtar Abdallaoui is a Managing Director at Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB) in Paris where he is responsible for Infrastructure M&A, covering transport, energy and digital infrastructure across the EMEA region.
Mokhtar has c.20 years of experience in the infrastructure space both on the advisory side, and on the principal investing side. He has led over 40 transactions in transport, energy and digital infrastructure across the EMEA region. Prior to joining CA-CIB, Mokhtar worked at Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ) in Paris where he was Director of Infrastructure Investments and Non-Executive Director/Board member at Keolis. Mokhtar started his career at the World Bank in Washington DC, before joining UBS Investment Bank in London.
Mokhtar has an MBA from Columbia Business School and an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique & Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France.
