Ilham DJEHAICH

A graduate of Excelia and ESSEC, Ilham Djehaich joined the Altitude Group in 2007. After holding several strategic positions, she was appointed Managing Director of Altitude Infra THD in 2017, a subsidiary of Altitude Infra, France's third-largest fibre optic infrastructure operator. She was elected Chair of InfraNum in December 2024.   As a leader, she heads a company that plays a central role in the digital development of French territories. Her vision is part of a sustainable development and digital inclusion approach, reflecting a deep commitment to reducing the digital divide. These experiences have enabled her to acquire expertise in public procurement and local authorities in the telecoms sector, as well as comprehensive know-how in strategy and management, contributing to the success of ambitious, high-impact projects.   In addition to her professional responsibilities and her work at InfraNum, Ilham Djehaich is committed to supporting female entrepreneurs. A member of the executive committee of the L-Impact association for over two years, she works to promote a more inclusive and equitable society.
