Guillaume VIGNERAS

Guillaume Vignéras is a Partner at Rothschild & Co. Based in Paris, he is part of the Global Advisory division and covers Energy, Transport and Infrastructure. Since he joined Rothschild & Co in 2002, Guillaume has been involved in numerous M&A transactions with a focus on regulated and renewable energies, digital infrastructure, as well as airport, motorway and car park subsectors. Guillaume has been advising on transactions mainly for large French corporates, leading private equity firms and infrastructure investors. Guillaume is a graduate from HEC Paris (2002) and he holds a CEMS master degree from the University of Cologne.
