Guillaume LEPRIEUR

Guillaume Leprieur is Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance, Southern Europe at MUFG. Based in Paris, he leads MUFG's project and infrastructure finance activities across France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece. With more than 20 years of experience in energy and infrastructure financing, Guillaume has advised sponsors, developers and investors on some of the leading transactions across energy, digital infrastructure, transportation and emerging energy-transition sectors. He joined MUFG in 2011 and spent more than a decade in London in the energy team before establishing and growing the bank's project finance platform in France in 2021. He currently oversees teams in Paris and Madrid and is actively involved in origination, structuring and execution of complex financing solutions across Southern Europe.
