Biography
Estelle Castres, Managing Director, is Country head of France, Belgium, and Luxembourg (FraBeLux). Mrs Castres joined BlackRock in 2022 from Natixis Investment Managers where she has worked since 2014, most recently as Head of France, Belux, Geneva, Monaco and Israel, and Global Head of Institutional & key Insurance clients. Prior to Natixis, Estelle worked at Axa Investment Managers for more than six years as a Senior Sales representative for key institutional clients. She also spent time at Credit Agricole Asset Management (now Amundi) as a Senior Portfolio Manager in Fixed Income and started her career in 1993 at Dresdner Kleinwort where she worked for almost 10 years as a trader. Mrs Castres earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IEP Paris, Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Sciences Po in France.
