Biography
- Charles leads the infrastructure team in France within the M&A and Transaction Solutions practice at Aon, the world’s leading insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm;
- He supports infrastructure funds and corporates in their M&A transactions in France and abroad, both on the due diligence workstream (insurance, cyber, climate, etc.) and on transactional insurance solutions (warranty & indemnity insurance, tax, litigation, etc.);
- Charles joined Aon in 2025 with 22 years of professional experience, first as an investment banker at Dexia in New York, then at BNP Paribas in Paris and the Middle East, specializing in project finance and later in M&A advisory in the infrastructure, energy and commodities sectors. In 2020, Charles joined BNPPC Corporate M&A team, responsible for acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnership agreements.
