Bénédicte de GIAFFERRI

Bénédicte de Giafferri joined MUFG in September 2026 as Managing Director, EMEA Head of Digital Infrastructure Coverage. In her newly created role, she supports MUFG EMEA’s target of building out its digital infrastructure coverage across EMEA, focusing on data centre transactions and supporting clients with funding diversification across corporate, securitisation and project financing structures. Before joining MUFG, Bénédicte spent 16 years at Natixis, most recently as Global Head of Real Assets from 2021 to 2026. She led 200 originators worldwide across real estate, infrastructure and energy, and aviation, and served on BPCE’s Executive Committee and Natixis CIB’s Management Committee. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in Infrastructure & Energy Finance, including Global Head. She played a key role in developing Natixis’ digital infrastructure franchise, particularly in data centres and fibre networks. She previously held positions at the European Investment Bank and Dexia Crédit Local. Bénédicte graduated from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris and holds a Master of Science in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the University of Southampton.
