Biography
Fanny Mahler is a partner in the Energy & Infrastructure group at Linklaters’ Paris office. She specialises in public law and is the head of the public law team.
Fanny advises clients on issues related to public procurement (concessions, public procurement contracts, complex contractual arrangements) including tendering procedures, state aid law, public sector companies (governance, transactions involving the capital of companies owned by public entities), foreign investment control and regulated sectors (including energy, telecommunications, and transport).
Fanny also co-heads the Paris Diversity, Equity & Inclusion group.
