Jérôme Barré is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and l’Ecole Télécoms ParisTech. He joined Orange in 1985.Since then, he has enjoyed a very diverse career in operational, business and human resources functions all with a strong common point: relationships. On a national level, he has held roles of responsibility in customer relations and commerce, local authorities and operational management, heading up several Orange regions in France: Bourgogne, Franche-Comté, Normandy, Centre and Ile-de-France (Paris). These opportunities have led him from Rennes to Orléans, via Lyon and Dijon.In 2016, he became Executive Director of the Orange Group in charge of Human Resources, driving the Orange digital and caring employer promise.Effective 2 May 2008, he took on the role of CEO for Orange Wholesale & International Networks (W&IN).
