Marie-Laure Mazaud is Chief Executive Officer of STOA, an equity investment holding focusing on infrastructure and energy projects in emerging countries., , Marie-Laure has an extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and governance in groups like CDC, Nokia (ex Alcatel-Lucent) and Bpifrance Export (ex Coface) and Citibank where she has overseen these practices., , She currently chairs the audit and risk committee of FM Group – a family transport & logistics group present in 20 countries - and Wafa Assurances Group in Morocco and equally seats as independent board member. She is also a non-executive director of Nachtigal Hydro Power Corporation (NHPC) in Cameroon and of Metro Fibre Networx (MFN) in South Africa and is a member of their specialized committees., Marie-Laure holds a Masters in Corporate Finance from Lyon Graduate School of Management (EM Lyon), a degree from Lille Graduate School of Business (EDHEC) and a BA in Business Studies from Brighton University., She enjoys ski touring in the Alps and electric bike both in the mountains and abroad.
